文章从目前我国高校师资外语培训管理工作不系统、不完善这一现状及潜在的问题入手,借鉴企业质量管理中PDCA循环工作方法,对高校师资外语培训管理工作系统化、规范化作一初步探析,对提高高校师资外语培训的成效具有参考作用。

This paper is an initial investigation into the systematization and standardization of the administrative practices and processes regarding the foreign language training of university faculty.By using the method of PDCA, the author tries to develop a new method to address the existing irregularities as well as potential problems in this aspect of university administration.
