摘要
按照交通规划环境影响评价的对象、程序的不同给出了适合各自的评价方法。并对几种主要方法的适用范围、优缺点以及在交通规划环境评价中的适用性进行了分析和阐述,最后提出了选择交通规划环境评价方法时应注意的事项。
Firstly, assessment methods accordance with the different object and procedures of strategic environmental assessment for transport planning are given. And then the scope, advantage and disadvantage, applicability of several main methods in strategic environmental assessment for transport planning are analyzed. In the end, the key points in selecting proper methods should be paid attention to.
