截齿截割阻力的实测方法及其结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了防止截齿过度磨损造成截割工况的恶化,对刀形齿、镐形齿的截割阻力波形、概率密度、频谱等曲线以及两种齿形的实验数据进行对比分析。结果表明:在截割阻力相同的情况下,镐形齿具有不易被击碎、齿耗低、耐磨等优点,其综合性能优于刀形齿。 In order to prevent wearing and tearing operation of cutting teeth tooth from creating a deteriorating effect on operational mode, the curve chart of the wave shape of the cutting resistance of knifeshaped teeth, pick-shaped teeth, rate frequency, frequency chart, and the experiment data of two teeth are compared and analyzed. The results show that in the case of the same cutting resistance, pick-shaped teeth enjoys advantages over knife-shaped teeth, as a result of it better combined performances, such as freedom of fragment, the lower tooth cost and wear-proof.
