摘要
文章通过分析直流电源蓄电池VRLAB的运行状况和电池失效的常见现象,研究了蓄电池在线监测管理系统应解决的关键问题,主要包括:监测管理系统的合理结构,电池单体的内阻测量,电池运行事件记录,剩余容量计算,远程管理以及在线维护等。文中结合BM-6500电池管理系统在直流操作系统中的应用进行相关论述,该系统能够提高直流电源运行的可靠性。
Basing on analyzed to the parameters of the running power systems and the failures of VRLAB used in electric power systems, the keys of the on-line battery monitoring system have been studied. They are the framework of the monitoring system; sensing and analyzing the internal resistance of the individual cell of the battery strings; recording for the running accident of the battery strings;prompting to the residual capacity; managing by the remote central computers; on-line sensing and maintenance for the running accidents of the battery strings. Combining with the experience from developing the BM-6500 series of the battery management sys- tems, the related problems have been discussed in this paper. This system can promote the reliability of DC power sources which service in electric power systems.
