创新投资机制 促进福建经济增长方式转变

Improve the Economic Quality and Expand the Economic Quantity to Stimulate the Change of Economic Growing-way——On the Innovation of Fujian Investment Mechanism

自党的十四届五中全会确立实现经济增长方式根本性转变的方针以来,福建在转变增长方式方面虽取得了不少成效,经济增长的质量和效益都有显著提高,但总体上依然没有转变“高投入、高消耗、高排放、难循环、低效率”的粗放型增长方式。相关制约和提高生产方式改进的因素必须予以高度重视和认真研讨。

The change of economic growing-way is the key of our country economic development. Fujian Province has reached quite a lot achievement since the decision of the ultimate changes of economic growing-way was made in the 5th Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee. However the economic system currently in effect has hindered the change of economic growing-way. The resource of economic growing is mainly from the increasing requircment on investment, the quantity of investment has expanded a lot, but with the growing of rough- type economy, the pressure on resource increases and natural environment worsens. In order to change the economic growing-way, we must innovate the econon＇tic system and built a investment mechanism to stimulate the change of economic growing-way.
