摘要
在充分考虑斜齿轮啮合特性的基础上,应用多重网格法,通过联立求解Reynolds方程、弹性变形方程、油膜厚度方程、润滑剂的粘度、密度方程、能量方程和界面温度方程,成功地获得了修形斜齿轮热弹流问题的数值解,求得了接触区域的压力分布、油膜形状、油膜内和固体表面上的温度分布。结果表明:通过修形,可以改善齿面的润滑状况,提高齿轮的弹流性能。
Based on fully taking helical gear meshing characteristics into consideration.the coupled Reynolds, elasticity, rheology, and energy equtions are solved simultaneously by the advanced multilevel method. The typical pressure distribution, oil film shape, surface and oil film temperature distribution along three contact lines are obtained. After tooth profile modification, the lubrication situation in the gear sur- face is made better and EHL performance is improved.
