摘要
提出了凹齿齿形为圆锥形的球面齿轮传动原理及加工方法,并对相应凸齿齿形作了分析计算。通过对该种球面齿轮的齿形、重合度、根切等方面的研究,结果表明该种球面齿轮在理论上是可行的。由于该种球面齿轮的凹齿齿形采用圆锥形,使得该种球面齿轮在加工制造方面容易得多,从而可进一步提高加工精度和简化加工工艺。
