The Mechanical Following Measuring System for the Analsis of Robot Performance

摘要 为了对工业机器人进行性能测试与评估,采用连杆机构原理研制了一种机械随动式测试系统。由于采用了细分处理技术,从而提高了该系统的测试分辨率与测试精度。实验表明该系统能真实地反映出工业机器人的性能指标。 The principle of the mecbanical linkage is adopted to develop a mechanical following measuring system for making a test and evalution to the industnial robot performances. Due to the use of the subdivison processing tecbnique, the test resolution and accuracy of the system are improved. Ex . periments show that the system can actully reflect the performance index of the industrial robots .
