中国企业养老保险制度再分配效应的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Redistribution Effects of China's Pension Insurance System

本文利用收入分配课题组2002年城镇住户调查数据,我们估算了企业职工家庭的养老金财产对其家庭其他形式财产分布的影响,以考察中国养老保险制度的再分配效应。本文分析认为,养老金财产在很大程度上降低了养老保险制度内职工家庭财产分布的不平等程度,并使得少数极富有家庭占有的财产向大多数中低财产家庭转移。

This paper analyzes empirically redistribution effect of China＇ s old - age security system. It estimates the social security wealth of the households, and analyzes the effect of SSW on the distribution of household wealth accumulation, which reflects the redistribution effect of China＇ s pension insurance system. This paper concludes that SSW reduces great- ly the inequality of urban household wealth distribution, and transfers the wealth from the rich to the poor. Moreover, the first pillar has more equal distribution and less quantity, which redistribution effect equal to the second pillar.
