摘要
根据物质流计算的一些成熟思想和方法,创造性地对某一具体城市(成都)的居民生活物质流消费状况进行了计算,并对计算结果进行了分析,得出城市居民物质流消费量很大的结论,并为城市循环经济政策制定与城市管理提供了新的定量分析方法。
The aim of this paper is to design a flow chart and excogitate a method to account the citizens＇ material flow consumption per person, in order to provide some reference information to help government. Based on this method, this paper evaluates the citizens＇ material flow consumption of Chengdu per person. The conclusions are： from 1990 to 2004, the consumption of the citizens＇ material flow consumption per person rose and the food consumption descended.
