摘要 运用流体力学理论对圆盘反应器的成膜、混合和流动特性进行分析。简化模型,结合实验研究,得到关于其成膜、混合流动与表面更新等方面的基本规律和流场特性。为反应器放大和设计提供理论依据。 The film forming, flow, surface renewal and mixing are invertigated by fluid dynamic analysis and experimental research. A withdrawal model is used to analysis the hold up and a flow near the disc model is used to predict the flow model. The result shows that viscosity is the main factor of surface renewal, the hold up can be predicted by Fr/Re and the RTD can be predicted by formula of Re m/ Re F .
