青海茶卡盐湖抗生素产生菌的活性筛选及生物学特性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 对青海省茶卡盐湖中分离纯化得到的200余株菌株,在室内测定其对病原细菌和真菌的抑制作用,从中获得了12株能产生抗生素的菌株,并对这12株菌株的生物学特性进行了初步研究。 200 halophilic bacteria strains were isolated and purified from Chaqia Salt Lake of Qinghai and their inhibition to pathogens and bacteria were investigated in lab. 12 strains that could produce antibiotics were screened from those isolated. A pilot study on biological characteristics of the screened strains was conducted.
