Process Simulation of Heat Mass Transfer of Quench Chamber in Texaco Gasifier

对Ｔｅｘａｃｏ气化炉激冷室中热质传递过程进行了分析模拟，模拟结果与工业数据吻合良好。通过模拟揭示了现行激冷环损坏的主要原因，探讨了激冷环长周期运行的基本途径，提出了激冷环改进方案。

Process simulation of heat mass transfer of quench chamber in Texaco gasifier has been made. The simulation value is in good agreement with plant results. By this simulation, the main causes of quench ring damage have been found. A new method for its long term run is discussed, and the proposal of a new type quench ring is suggested.
