本文依据我国建筑施工企业现状,提出了采用“树立先进的管理理念、提高技术开发和创新能力、发展人力资源、发挥信息网络技术的优势、增强融资能力”作为提升企业核心竞争力的措施,指出了我国建筑施工企业利润较低是其核心竞争力不强的根本原因,并在此基础上,提出采用“纵向一体化兼并战略”和“战略联盟”实现企业核心竞争力的可持续发展。

Th is paper proposed the measurements of which to improve the Competition ability of Construction Enterprise according to the present situation of construction enterprise in our country. The mainly measurement is that to have advanced idea of management, raise the competition ability of enterprise, such as cultivating advanced idea about management, strengthen the competence of technology development, developing human resource, bringing the advantage of IT into full play, heighten the financing ability.Why is the competitiveness and the profits of enterprise is not good？methods that integer all unitary and alliance strategy can be used to achieve the continuative development of Competitiveness of Construction Enterprise.
