关于建设研究型学院过程中党委工作的几点思考

Thoughts on Research-oriented College Party Committee

建设若干个具有代表性的研究型学院是建设研究型大学的前提和基础。本文结合华中农业大学生命科学技术学院创建研究型学院的实践,论述了学院党委在研究型学院建设工作中应发挥的作用和工作重点,认为组织研讨、把握本质是前提;明确目标、理清思路是基础;围绕学科、培育团队是根本;育人为本、质量第一是中心;创新管理、优化环境是保障。

The construction of several representative research-oriented colleges is a premise and base of constructing a research-oriented university. This paper elaborates on the role the Party committee should play and its working priorities, combining with the practice of College of Life Science and Technology in constructing research-oriented college. This paper points out that in order to do the work of research-oriented college better, organizing seminars and mastering the essence are premises, confirming the aim and sorting out thoughts are the bases, concentrating on courses and building an excellent team are the key points, education and quality are the cores, innovations in management and improvement in environment are the roots.
