企业实施知识管理的效益评价及对策

Performance Evaluation and Countermeasures of Enterprise Knowledge Management

知识管理的根本目的是提高企业效益和竞争力。本文通过建立模糊综合评价模型,评价了我国企业实施知识管理后取得的效益,针对评价结果分析了我国企业实施知识管理中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的对策。

The essential purpose of knowledge management is to improve the performance and competitive capacity. By setting up a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model, this paper first evaluates the performance of China＇s enterprises by employing knowledge management, then analyzes the problems in knowledge management, and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures.
