摘要
用线型铅管聚能切割索实现运载器铝头罩分瓣分离,能否满足为导弹及时让开飞行通道的指标要求,是运载器头罩设计的关键问题之一。采用数值计算和性能试验的方法研究了头罩的分离性能。结果表明:理论计算值与试验实测数据基本相符,可以作为头罩分离性能是否满足指标要求的依据。
The separation of missile capsule nose cap is the result from the explosion cuttings of linear shaped charge flexible cutting ropes. To discuss the influence of the explosion cuttings on the missile capsule separation, the separate performance of the nose cap was studied by using numerical and experimental methods. It is concluded that the calculated results and the experimental data are preferably consistent and can be used in judging whether the separate performance of the nose cap is up to the required standard.
