纳米喹吖啶酮颜料制备

Preparation of High Performance Nano quinacridone Pigment

摘要 利用超细粉盐和有机颜料在有机溶剂作用下形成的混合物块状体在捏合机内盐磨,在高剪切力作用下盐磨2,9-二甲基喹吖啶酮颜料,同时加入喹吖啶酮颜料衍生物做添加剂,盐磨制备出粒径在20-65nm之间的纳米颜料,该方法同时适用于其他类颜料。 The nano pigment was produced by salt attrition of 2,9-dimethylquinacridone with the quinacridone derivatives and organic solvents in the kneader. The pigment particle size was only 20-65nm. The method is also useful for the other pigments.
