摘要
一般对非线性Logistic方程拟合是采用先对方程线性化后用线性最小二乘方法,再采用Gauss-Newton方法进行拟合。本文则采用离散型Marquardt算法来拟合常绿针叶植物——福建柏(Fokieniahodginsi)的Logistic生成曲线。
To transform the nonlincar equation to provide a mathematically equivalent linear equation was a common method for fitting Logistic equation in the past,and later the Gauss——Newtons algoirthm was used.In this paper discrete Marquardt algorithm is used for determining the values of parameters in logistic equation of evergreen needle plants Fokienia hodginsii. The Marquardt algorithm may be superior to the Gauss Newton algorithm.
