摘要
采用不同浓度NaCl溶液处理碱茅植株,对幼苗叶片内源激素含量进行测定和分析。结果表明,50 mmol/L低盐胁迫对碱茅幼苗叶片内源激素含量影响较小,随着盐处理浓度的升高,幼苗叶片的内源激素IAA、GA与对照相比均呈下降趋势,ZR含量波动后趋于稳定,而幼苗叶片内源激素ABA含量显著上升。
Solutions of different concentrations of NaCl were used for saline stress of Puccinellia chinampoensis to measure and analyse the content of endogenous hormones in the leaf of seedling. The results showed that 50 mmol/L NaCl salt stress played a little role in the effects on content of endogenous hormones. With the increasing of salts, the content of endogenous IAA and GA was decreased evidently compared with CK, the content of ZR had nearly stabilized after a fluctuation, and the content of endogenous ABA was increased significantly.
