摘要
花粉管通道法转化过程中外源基因转化途径、转化受体细胞、转化时间是重要的影响因素;结合大豆花粉管通道形成与受精过程,突出受体细胞的感受态的获得,对转化操作要点加以分析,为花粉管通道法的进一步研究指明方向。
It is important to improve the transformation frequency of the pollen-tube pathway method, and we analyzed its impact factor, including the pathway that foreign gene was transferred into embryo and the recipient cell with the pollen-tube pathway method. Soybean being taken as an example, two physiological processes were jointed together: the growth of pollen-tube pathway and double-fertilization, to emphasize the importance of the appropriate time and its competent state for the transformation manipulation of flowering plant, and the direction of the future research was pointed out.
