摘要
从生根培养基、蔗糖浓度、环境因子、生根移栽等方面论述了牡丹试管苗的生根研究进展,提出今后的研究可以从生理生化及细胞学方面入手探索牡丹试管苗的生根机理。
The research progress in Paeonia suffruticosa root-inducing was reviewed including medium, sucrose concentration, environment factor and so on.Main problems in current studies were analyzed and the development direction and the mechanism of root-lnducing in physiology and biochemistry was discussed.
