摘要
研究结果表明,在20℃条件下,硒浓度≤24.0mg/L时,SOD、CAT、POD活性变化不大;晒浓度〉24.0mg/L时,POD活性有所寸高;硒浓度为30.0mg/L时,SOD活性有较大幅度的下降。4℃条件下,SOD、CAT活性较20℃时大幅下降;POD活性随硒浓度的增加而增加,在18.0mg/L浓度时达到最大值。常温下适量的硒可提高SOD、POD及CAT的活性,最适处理浓度为18.0~24.0mg/L。
The relation change between SOD, POD and CAT activities in leave of Cardamine violifolia was not obvious when the selenium content of 24.0 mg/L at 20 ℃condition, The POD activity raised when the selenium content of 〉 24.0 mg/L, but the SOD activity dropped at the content = 30.0 mg/L. At 4 ℃ condition, the SOD and CAT activity was degressive compared with 20℃. The POD activity increased with the increment of selenium content, reaching the most at selenium content = 18.0 mg/L. Appropriate selenium can enhance activity of SOD,POD and CAT at normal temperature and the best chroma was 18.0 - 24.0 mg/L.
