中国现阶段经济发展中的缓发性灾害研究

Research on Delayed-disaster in the Process of Economic Development in China

在人口与经济快速增长的条件下，人与自然关系的不协调发展导致了缓发性灾害频繁发生。为了协调环境与资源的关系，拓展并良化人类生存空间，根据缓发性灾害资料与研究成果，对缓发性灾害的分类与危害进行了系统分析，在采用边缘科学相互交叉的研究方法的基础上，从社会经济可持续发展的战略角度出发，总结了国内外防灾工作的经验，并得出在我国，缓发性灾害具有分布广泛、危害严重、面积扩大、危害升级等特点的初步结论。

According to the data and the achievement in scientific research on delayed-disaster, the basic situation of delayed-disaster at present in China is analysed. The work of decreasing natural calamities is summarized. And the countermeasure of defending and fighting delayed-disaster is given. [
