摘要
研究了水淹贮藏苗木法对杨树苗木冬芽萌发的影响。结果表明,春季107杨冬芽休眠得到解除,10℃以上的温度都能100%萌发。3月下旬气温升至10℃以上,苗木假植法无法控制苗木冬芽萌发,但春季水淹贮藏苗木可以达到较长期贮藏苗木的目标。
The effects of the submerging storage method on the sprouting of winter buds of Populus × euramericana ev. ' 1-74' was investigated in order to get effective method of storing cuttings of Populus × euramericana ev. 'I-74' in Spring. The results were as follows: the dormancy of winter buds in spring was 100% sprouting at above 10 ℃. The temperature of last ten-day of March became over 10 ℃, the methods of heeling in cuttings could not inhibit the sprouting of winter buds. Because of lower water temperature and hydraulic pressure and so on, the sprouting of winter buds was inhibited with the purpose of storing cuttings for a long time by the submeiging method.
