摘要
在大型旋转机械状态监测的研究中,研制了一种智能化振动监视仪。它以高性能的80C522单片机为核心,采用点阵式液晶显示技术,选用可编程逻辑阵列GAL及串行的E2PROM等先进器件。它采用硬软件结合的结构方式,具有两级越限报警、记录输出以及现场设置运行参数。
In the research work on status monitoring of large scale rotating machinery an Intelligent Viberation Monitor is developed.It based on a high qualitative single chip computer 80C552 as its kernel.Dot matrix liquid crystal display techeniques are adopted.Its mode of architecture is combining software with hardware.Some advanced devices,such as programable logic array GAL,serial EEPROM are used.The monitor provides two level exceeding alarm and recorder output.It can set operating parameters in field and communicate with the host computer.
