通用水溶性肥料配比对矮牵牛穴盘苗营养吸收的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以花卉通用的水溶性肥料14-0-14和20-10-20,设计5个配比进行矮牵牛穴盘苗栽培,研究不同配比对幼苗营养吸收的影响。结果表明:植物体内的磷、钾含量随20-10-20用量的增加而增加,随14-0-14用量的增加而减少,氮元素呈相反趋势,且都达到显著水平(P=0.05);在形态和生理指标上,穴盘苗随20-10-20用量的增加,叶片数增多、叶面积增大,较高的20-10-20用量导致光合作用和叶绿素含量降低;同时发现,随20-10-20用量的增加,根系活力减弱,地下部鲜重增加,根系缩短,植株抗逆性减弱。以14-0-14与20-10-20为1∶2配比为矮牵牛穴盘苗的最佳配比。 The plug technique has been introduced for several years,but we have little knowlege about its related fertilizer application. The effect of two general watersoluble fertilizer rations, 20-10-20 and 14-0-14,on petunia plug seedlings nutrient uptake were studied. The result showed, P and K concentration in the plant were increased with the 20-10-20 added, and decreased with the 14-0-14 added. N was in contray trend. The number of the leaf, photosynthetic rate and fresh weight were improved, but the leaf area,the root leugth,chlorophyll and root vitality were decreased. So 1:2 was the best ration.
