摘要
从长期富含枯枝落叶的土壤中筛选出1株纤维素降解细菌B3,经测定,该菌产纤维素酶最适宜的pH值是8,温度是37℃;玉米秸秆、牛肉膏可明显促进纤维素酶的合成。
A cellulose-degrading bacteria B3 was isolated from soil richening in stick and defoliation, it was measured that the optimal pH and temperature of cellulase activity was 8 and 37℃ respectively. Cem straw and beef grease can obviously promote the synthesis of cellulase.
