摘要
测定了2种烘烤工艺、3个成熟度和2种取样方式的CB-1品种中部叶烤后石油醚提取物的含量。结果表明,慢烤烘烤工艺下石油醚提取物的含量高于快烤的,在5%水平上差异显著;随着成熟度的提高,石油醚提取物的含量降低,在快烤工艺下的差异不显著,在慢烤工艺下的差异显著(P<0.05);混合样品的石油醚提取含量高于C3F的,在快烤工艺下的差异不显著,在慢烤工艺下的差异显著(P<0.01)。
The content of petroleum ether extract in the CB-1 Cutter of 2 curing technique, 3 maturities and 2 sampling ways were determined, The results showed that the content of petroleum ether extract of the slow curing technique was higher than of the rapid curing technique and the significance was P 〈 0.05. The contents of petroleum ether extract was reduced from mature to overripe, the difference were not significant under the rapid curing technique and were significant under the slow curing technique( P 〈 0.05). The contents of petroleum ether extract of the mixed sample were higher than of C3F, the difference were not significant under the rapid curing technique and were significant under the slow curing technique( P 〈0.01 ).
