摘要
本文建立了管状无机膜反应器的数学模型,并以环己烷脱氢反应为例,考察了膜反应器长度,反应物进样量,膜的选择渗透性和渗透率,以及吹气流量等因素对反应器热力学平衡移动的影响,并对Knudsen扩散多孔膜,表面扩散多孔膜。
A mathematical model is formulated and solved for an inorganic membrane reactor in a tube and shell configuration. The effect of performance parameters on chemical equilibrium shifting is analyzed. The parameters include the length of the membrane reactor, inlet rate of reactant, permeability and permselectivity of the membrane, and the rate of sweep gas. Membranes such as Knudsen diffusion and surface diffusion porous membrane, molecular sieve membrane, and dense membrane are compared as wall material of the membrane reactor for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane at 204℃.
