摘要
本文对新建建筑中空调蓄冷采用冰和高温相变材料的方案进行了经济分析比较．结合已知的两种材料在技术上的特点，认为就目前情况来讲，采用冰蓄冷是合适的．当高温相变材料的性能稳定，并且价格下降的话。
The paper does some econ-tech analysis work on thermal cool storage in air-conditioning system by ice and PCM for new buidings. With the known properties of two materials and analysis in the paper, it′s drawn that at present the alternative of ice as thermal cool storage material is proper. When the performance of PCM is improved and price of it is decreased, it′s better to choose the PCM as thermal cool storage material .
