摘要
目的:分析以无机骨(Bio-oss)作为载体,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在骨引导再生(GBR)过程中的作用。方法:新西兰大白兔60只随机分成4组,在左右两侧股骨大转子区制备骨缺损,左侧用Bio-oss充填骨缺损,右侧不予充填;术后1、2、4、8周分别处死各组动物,取种植体周围骨作为样本离心,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测不同时期生成骨中VEGF浓度。结果:骨引导再生生成骨中VEGF浓度值高于非骨引导再生生成骨,且术后第1周浓度值最大。结论:VEGF是血管生成与骨再生协同作用的物质基础,对骨引导再生具有促进作用。
Objective: To study the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in guided bone regeneration by using deproteinized natural bovine mineral (Bio-Oss) as the carrier, Methods: Sixty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. The bone defects in greater trochanters of both femurs were prepared in each rabbit, The bone defects in left femur were filled and covered with Bio-Oss,and those in right femur were only covered with Bio-Oss, The rabbits were killed 1,2,4, and 8 weeks after the operation. The bones adjacent to Bio-Oss implant were sampled,and the level of VEGF in the bones was measured with enzyme-linked immunesorbent assay, Results: The level of VEGF in regenerated bone filled with Bio-Oss was higher than that in regenerated bone not filled with Bio-Oss. Conclusion: VEGF could promote bone formation effectively in guided bone regeneration.
