摘要 目的:检测舌鳞癌组织中生存素(survivin)mRNA及其蛋白的表达,探讨舌鳞癌发生、发展过程中survivin的作用。方法:应用原位杂交及免疫组织化学方法检测10例正常舌黏膜,13例高分化舌鳞状细胞癌,20例中分化舌鳞状细胞癌,12例低分化舌鳞状细胞癌标本中survivinmRNA及其蛋白的表达情况。结果:舌鳞癌标本中survivin mRNA及蛋白阳性表达率显著高于正常舌黏膜标本(P<0.01),高、低分化的舌鳞癌标本之间survivin mRNA及蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:survivinmRNA及其蛋白在舌鳞癌不同阶段中明显增加,与舌鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关。 Objective: To determine the expression of survivin mRNA and protein in tongue squamous Cell carcinoma (TSCC) and explore the role of survivin in the carcinogenesis and progression of TSCC. Methods: The expression of survivin mRNA and protein were determined by situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining in 13 cases of highly differentiated TSCC,20 moderately differentiated TSCC, 12 poorly differentiated TSCC,and 10 normal lingual mucous membranes. Results: The positive expression rates of survivin mRNA and protein in TSCC were significantly higher than those in normal lingual mucous membranes (P 〈 0.01 ),and there was significant difference in the positive expression rates of survivin mRNA and protein between highly and poorly differentiated TSCC (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of survivin mRNA and protein increases in different grades of TSCC and is correlated with the carcinogenesis and progression of TSCC.
