美能注射液治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床研究

Therapeutic effect of Stronger Neo-Minophagen C in children with allergic purpura

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷(美能)注射液治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:选择48例小儿过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,给予治疗组美能注射液1～2mg·kg-1·d-1(最大剂量2mg/kg·d-1);疗程10～14d。结果:与对照组相比;治疗组有效率显著增高;差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:美能注射液可有效治疗小儿过敏性紫癜。

Objective：To Study the therapeutic effect of Stronger Neo-Minophagen C in children with allergic purpura. Methods- Fortyeight children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The children in treatment group were injected with Stronger Neo-Minophagen C （1 to 2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,the highest dose 2 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） for 10 to 14 days. Results： Compared with control group,the total effective rate increased significantly in treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Stronger Neo-Minophagen C is effective in children with allergic purpura.
