文献采访工作中的博弈问题分析

博弈现象在文献信息资源建设工作中大量存在,本文运用博弈的原理,对图书馆采访工作中出现的图书馆与书商竞争合作关系,图书馆与他馆资源共享合作关系,电子资源与传统资源配置比例关系,资源采访原则与用户满意度等博弈关系进行了分析,提出了图书采访员在应对复杂的采买环境时的决策选择方法,以优化图书馆信息资源建设策略,尽可能地实现图书馆的经济效益与社会效益的平衡。

the phenomena prevail in library information resource construction. This paper utilizes the ＂ chess-- playing＂ principles to analyse the competive and collaborative relationship in library finding and collecting books between libraries and book traders, the resource- sharing relationship between libraries, the proportional relationship between electronic and traditional resource, resource- finding and collecting principles and consumer satisfaction, then puts forward the method of decision--making for the staff responsible for book--finding and collecting to deal with the business of purchasing books, with an aim to optimize the strategies of library information resource constuction and to balance the econmic benefits and social effects as possible as it can.
