摘要 用 Nissl法、Golgi法研究蛤蚧 ADVR组构 .ADVR分为 3个区 :前外侧区、内侧区、后外侧区 .从头到尾 ADVR分为表层细胞板和核心部 .ADVR视区神经元分布不均匀 ,表层细胞板中6~ 30个神经元胞体相连散乱排列成团状或不规则柱状 ;核心部神经元分散或 3~ 5个成团 . The structure of ADVR was studied by means of Nissle and Golgi preparations in Gecko. The ADVR has been divied into three regions:rostrolateral area, medial area and caudolateral area. From the rostral to the caudal, the ADVR can be subdivided in to superficial cell plate and central core. The distribution of the neuron in ADVR visual area is not homogeneous. The cluster of six to thirty cells with touching somata are organized in a mass or in irregular column in the superficial cell plate. The neuron is solitary or three to five cells are organized in a mass in the central core.
