The Status and Problems in the Educational Field of Japan

摘要 近一段时期,日本的教育领域出现了许多问题,突出地表现为:1)缩小教职员的决策权,教育行政部门通过“指导、建议”不断加强对学校的统治;2)教育领域中的歧视不断扩大;3)对侵略战争和殖民地统治采取肯定态度。对于这些问题,日本的教职员和学生家长、社会居民等采取了多方面的抵抗措施,主要包括:1)对缩小教职员的决策权、加强对学校的统治进行不懈地抵抗;2)为了克服不断扩大的“歧视”问题,而开展人权教育;3)为了阻止“肯定侵略战争和殖民地统治”的动向,而重视阐明历史事实,进行历史事实教育。今后,针对“推动战争和歧视扩大的力量”,形成“阻止战争和歧视扩大的力量”是十分必要的。 Recently,the educational field of Japan appeared many problems,specially were,firstly shrinking the making-decision power of faculty and educational administration has strengthened the governance to the school continuously through direction and suggestion ;secondly enlarging the discrimination in the educational field;thirdly adopting affirmative attitudes to aggression wars and colony governances. For these problems,various resisting measures were adopted by teaching and staff of Japan,student's parents and social residents etc,mostly including, firstly fighting back to the shrink the making-decision power of faculty and strengthening the governance to the school unremittingly;secondly in order to overcome the discrimination,developing human fight education;thirdly in order to prevent the pulse of affirming obsjecting wars and colony governance, attaching importance to illuminate historical realities and processing historical education. Henceforth, it is very necessary to come into being the power of obstructing wars and enlarging discrimination,in allusion to the power of pushing wars and enlarging discrimination.
