摘要
结合开江县城区土地定级估价工作，阐述了县域城镇土地定级估价的理论和一般方法，拓宽和深化了地理学和土地经济学的研究内容。
In accordance with the practice of land gradation and estimation in the county town of the Kaijiang County,the article clarifies the theory and ususal ways of grading and pricing the land of the towns proper.It widens and deepens the research of geography and land economics.It also provides both in theory and in metrology an important basis for an all round advance of the reforms in land using systems.
