Development of a Modified Phenol Formaldehyde for Rockwools

所研制的树脂胶是一种水溶性改性热固酚醛树脂胶。与传统的酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂相比，具有水溶性好、渗透性强、化学性能稳定、隔热、耐水等优点。该树脂可在岩棉、矿渣棉、玻璃棉及其制品生产中作粘接剂，并制成各种各样规格的半硬度棉板、棉毡。

A modified Formaldehyde is developed and it is a water dissolve modified thermosetting Phenol Formaldehyde. In comparision to the normal Phenol Formaldelyde and the Urea Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde has a good water dissolution, a good permeability, a stable chemical property, a good heat isolating property. This formaldelyde can be used as a cohesive agent in the industrial production of rockwool, mineralwool and glasswool, with which various products, such as, semi hardeness plates, felt and pipeshells, can be manufactured.
