摘要
采用光电码盘为位置传感器,以厚膜集成电路STK465为核心组成PWM功率放大器,完成了高精度伺服系统软件设计。经实际运行,系统性能完全达到指标要求。
With thick film integrated circuit as the central unit of power amplifier, and photogoniometer as position sensor, a digital high accuracy servo system is made. System software is also programed. The design of the system proves to be a success and well meets the specification through real running.
