摘要
加强党的思想领导,是发扬党的建设优良传统的需要,是提高党的执政能力的需要,是巩固和加强马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的需要,是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。加强党的思想领导,必须不断加强党的思想领导能力建设,提高党的思想领导能力;必须不断加强思想政治工作,加强宣传教育;必须不断加强马克思主义理论的建设与宣传,提高思想领导的理论性和实效性。
Strengthening the Party's ideological leadership which can carry forth the fine traditions of the Party construction,enhance the administration capability,consolidate the Marxism's directing position in the ideological realm and construct the socialistic harmonious community has the important theoretical significance and practical significance.In order to strengthen the ideological leadership,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the ideological leading capability,reinforce the ideological and political work and propaganda work,and intensify the Marxism construction and publicity to increase the theoretical and actual effect.
