Environmental Ethics Construction in Building a Harmonious Community

人与自然的和谐是和谐社会的本质要求,环境伦理是实现人与自然和谐的保障,加强环境伦理建设,积极探索环境伦理建设的新途径是现实的需要。作为社会经济主体的企业,构建社会主义和谐社会必须加强企业环境伦理建设,履行环境伦理责任。其主要措施有:在理念上,树立人与自然和谐伦理观及绿色增长理念;在策略上,坚持科学发展观,走可持续发展道路,统筹企业经济活动和环境、社会综合发展;在管理上,强调综合运用技术、经济、法律、行政等多种措施降低环境成本;在生产上,遵守国家相关法律法规,实施清洁生产,实现企业经济活动对环境的负荷最小化;在评价上,积极参与ISO 14000、SA 8000及环境标志和产品质量认证,全面提高我国企业参与国际竞争的素质和能力。

To build a harmonious community,it essentially requires the harmony between human beings and nature which in return demand the environment ethics as its guarantee.Strengthening environmental ethics construction,keeping on innovating and exploring the new path of environmental ethics construction are the need of reality.As one of social economy agents,enterprise must do well in the construction of enterprise environment ethics and fulfillment of enterprise environment ethics responsibility.The main measures are as follows: In the aspect of idea,enterprise should build up the ethic attitude toward harmony between human beings and nature,and green growth idea.In the aspect of strategies,enterprise should stick to scientific attitude toward development,follow the path of continuous development,and plan as a whole the enterprise economic activity and development of environment and society.In the aspect of management,enterprise should pay attention to exercising synthetically technological,economic,legal and administrative methods to reduce environmental cost.In the aspect of production,enterprise should adhere to relative law and regulation,put clearer production into practice and minimize the burthen of enterprise economic activities for environment.In the aspect of evaluation,enterprise should participate actively in the assertion of ISO 14000,SA 8000,environment label and production quality,and improve all-roundly the quality and ability of Chinese enterprise to participate in international competition.
