摘要
基于磁弹性效应原理,研制了一种用于采油螺杆泵测量系统的新型套式磁弹性扭矩传感器,以及该测量系统的硬件电路和软件程序设计,该传感器能在不改变动力轴安装结构的情况下,完成在线非接触扭矩、转速和功率测量,整个系统抗干扰能力强、精度高,具有很强的实用性。
ln this paper, a novel non -contact muff-mode magnetoelastic torque sensor based on the magnetoelastic effect is described, as well as the design of measuring circuit and software. This sensor can measure the torque of driving shaft and its rotating velocity and power without changing of its original construction. The experiment shows that the system is raliable, robust and is of high accuracy and high capacity against disturbance.
