废弃混凝土再生利用的经济性分析及产业链构造

Industrialization chain and economy analysis of recycling waste concrete

作为大规模基础设施建设更新的产物,废弃混凝土带来了一系列的环境和资源问题。从技术的角度来讲,废弃混凝土资源化产品即再生骨料和再生混凝土技术已基本成熟。但是,再生混凝土的产业化和市场化尚面临成本、制度等诸多问题。运用循环经济的基本原理,对废弃混凝土再生利用的经济性进行了分析,主要从企业、区域和自然生态系统三个层面探讨了再生混凝土产业链构造。

As a result of the construction and new generation of a large amount of fundamentally facilities, waste concrete has resulted in a series of enviorrnent and resource problems. From the technique point of view, there are no difficulties to recycle waste concrete as recycled aggregates and recycled aggregate concrete. But the industrialization and marketing of recycled aggregates and recycled aggregate concrete encounters the problems such as the costs and system. Based on the principle of the circular economy, economy analysis on recycling waste concrete were performed. The construction of the industrialization chain of recycled aggregate concrete was illustrated from three levels, including business, region and nature ecology system.
