^The Synthesis of Azobisisobutyronitrile

研究了以丙酮氰醇为原料合成偶氮二异丁腈的生产工艺。针对目前生产装置中氧化部分存在的氯气耗量大、氧化终点不易控制、产品质量不稳定的问题，采用新的反应、提高收率、降低成本的目的。同时，生产过程中的废酸、废水得到循环利用，根除了对环境的污染。

A new technological process of synthesis of azobisiso butyronitrile with2-methyllactionitrile is studied. Liquid uniform phase ox idation is adopted in order tocontrol reactions, raise yields and reduce cost with waste acids and water recycled.
