摘要
全自动贴片机是典型的光机电一体化产品,存在高速、高精的矛盾。在架构TCP/IP分布式仿真平台、全自动贴片机基本结构和传动系统数学模型基础上,应用机械动力学软件MSC.ADAMS和控制分析软件MATLAB,建立了贴片机机电一体化虚拟样机模型并对其进行了分布式仿真研究。仿真结果表明,该贴片机机械性能能够达到设计要求,通过调整控制参数能够达到机械系统与控制系统的良好匹配。
The automatic placement machine is a sort of optical-mechatronic product, and its development is a demanding job as the requirements for speed and accuracy are challenging. The distributed-simulation platform of TCP/IP and the typical structure of the placement machine were discussed. Based on the mathematical model, the mechatronic model of the placement machine was built and the distributional simulation research was made by MSC.ADAMS and MATLAB. The simulation shows that the dynamic characteristics of the placement machine are well relatively within the design requirements, and the control parameters are adjusted within the limitations that the control system can match the mechanical system.
