电流变阻尼器用于振动控制的理论及实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 简要介绍了电流变液及其力学特性,从理论和实验两方面研究了一种电流变阻尼器在振动控制中的应用。理论分析和实验研究得到了相似的结论:这种电流变阻尼器在低频具有显著的控制振动的效果,随着外加电场强度的增大控振效果更加明显,这种电流变阻尼器具有控制方便,瞬时可控,能耗小,结构简单的特点。 Electrorheological(ER) fluid is a kind of smart material whose viscosity will increase with the applied electrical field. The applications of ER fluid were studied in many fields. The application of one kind of ER damper to vibration control was studied both theoretically and experimentally in this paper. From theoretical and experimental studies, consistent results were obtained: in low frequency range, the ER damper has the ability to control vibration and the vibration amplitude decreases as the strength of applied electrical field increases in this range. The ER damper has the advantages of being controlled easily and instantaneously, consuming only little energy and having simple structure.
