摘要
日本是我国食醋产品出口的主要国家。日本实施“肯定列表制度”对我国的食品和农产品出口造成了严重影响。本文通过食醋生产的主要原料大米的农药最大残留限量的研究,并通过与我国标准的比较,分析了其对我国食醋出口的影响。根据对我国食醋酿造工艺过程中发生农药残留各种可能环节的分析,提出了生产有机(生态)醋和采用HACCP管理等具体应对措施。
Japan is the main country of Chinese export vinegar produces. Positive list system implemented in Japan is bringing considerable effects on Chinese foods and agricultural products exported to Japan. In this paper, investigated the pesticide maximum residue limits (MRLs)of rice which is produced vinegar, and Compared it with the MRLs of Chinese standard,analyzes the influence of positive list syseem for export of Chinese producing organic (ecological) vinegar and measures adopting the H ACCP(Hazard Analysis and critical control Point) management.
