HPLC法测定石杏痰咳片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Shixing Tanke Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定石杏痰咳片中麻黄碱的含量的方法。方法:用Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.01 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(用磷酸调至pH 2.5)(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长210 nm。结果:麻黄碱进样量在1～5μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9997,n=5),平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.1%(n=9)。结论:HPLC法操作简便,结果准确,可用于石杏痰咳片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Shixing Tanke Tablets. Method： Hypersil ODS2 C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5μm）was used,The mobile phase was methanol- 0.01mol·L^-1 Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate buffer solution （ adjust pH to 2.5 with phosphoric acid ） （ 15：85 ） , The flow rate was 1 mol·L^-1, The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Result： The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 1 -5 μg（ r =0.999 7） ,The average recovery was 98.2% with RSD 1.1% （n =9）. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Shixing Tanke Tablets.
