Adverse Reaction of Methadone Oral Solution and It's Treatment

目的:利用国家美沙酮项目门诊观察连续服用美沙酮口服液患者所产生的不良反应。方法:在国家试点项目社区药物维持治疗门诊中服用美沙酮口服液替代吸食海洛因成瘾患189例者进行观察。结果:90%的患者(共170例)有不良反应,其主要表现为变态反应,神经系统、中枢神经系统、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统、急性中毒等方面。结论:服用美沙酮口服液进行维持治疗ADRs发生率很高,但是可以处理的。

Objective： To observe the adverse reaction of Methadone by oral administration in long-time. Method： One hundred and eighty nine addictive patients with acetomorphine were replaced by methadone orally in the maintenance drug therapy of the national pilot project community. Result： patients（ 170,90% ） had adverse reaction,and the main-appearance were allergy, of reactions nerve system, central nerve system, digestive system and ufino genital system, and acute intoxication. Conclusion： The adverse reactions of methadone are very high, but it can be treated.
